OhioHealth is welcoming three new physician specialists and a new certified nurse practitioner to Marion: Monica Vora, DO (Neurology); Shravan Agrawal, MD (Psychiatry); Martie Gravitt, MD (Pediatrics); and Debra Jackson-Elwer, CNP (Cancer Care).
Monica Vora, DO, is the newest member of Marion’s neurology team.
She is a board-certified physician specializing in general neurology. Dr. Vora completed her residency in neurology from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago, Illinois. She completed her internship at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio. Dr. Vora completed her medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Vora focuses on delivering the best evidence-based medicine and believes in educating her patients and their families. Her areas of expertise include multiple sclerosis, headache, stroke, seizure, dementia and general neurology.

Martie Gravitt, MD, is the newest member of our pediatrics team. He is dedicated to meeting the personal healthcare needs of the youngest members of your family, from birth through adolescence. Dr. Gravitt not only treat illness, but also provides complete and individualized preventive care and vaccinations.
Dr. Gravitt completed his residency in pediatrics from the University of Nebraska Medical Center/Creighton, Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his medical degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, Columbia, Missouri.

Shravan Agrawal, MD, is an inpatient psychiatrist providing care to patients on the mental health unit at OhioHealth Marion General Hospital. He will also do consults throughout the hospital at Marion.
He completed his residency in psychiatry at Summa Health System and Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio. Dr. Agrawal completed his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio.
Debra Jackson-Elwer, CNP, has joined Arun Kumar, MD, and Arvinder Bhinder, MD in Oncology/Hematology services. Together, they specialize in providing evaluation and treatment of hematology and cancer patients, helping to determine the best treatment plan.
She is a board certified family NP (AANP). She graduated from Otterbein University in Columbus, Ohio with a master of nursing degree with a specialization of family nurse practitioner.
