City to begin mosquito fogging this week

The Marion City Parks Department said they will begin their annual mosquito fogging operations during the first week of August 2016. These operations will occur on Thursday evenings between 8:00pm and 1:00am.

Weekly spraying will continue as needed and as weather permits. The areas that will be sprayed will rotate based on the mosquito populations.

City residents with respiratory conditions are advised to keep their windows and doors closed during these hours.
