Anna L. Taylor age 81 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Saturday April 10, 2010 at Marion General Hospital.
She was born May 27, 1928 in Greenup, Ky. to the late Elwood and Grace(Chaffin) Winters.
On October 21, 1946 in Greenup, Ky., she married Warren G. Taylor and he preceded her in death in January of 1991 in Marion, Ohio.
Her faith background was Baptist.
Anna was the worlds greatest wife, mother, grandmother and caregiver. She was a homemaker and she truly loved her whole family.
Anna is survived by three sons and a daughter; Robert D.(Virginia) Taylor of Cardington, Ohio, Charles E. Taylor of Merrit Island, Fla., Warren G. Taylor,Jr. of Knoxville, Tn., and Marie Brooks of Covington, Ga. She is also survived by two half sisters, one step- sister, seventeen grandchildren and twenty great- granchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, Anna was preceded in death by a son Vernon E. Taylor, two sisters Mamie Johnson and Rena Mae Stith and also a granddaughter.
Funeral services will be Wednesday April 14, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Rev. Monty Trammel. Burial will follow in The Claridon Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday April 13, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the donor's choice.
