Clarice Annette Lease, 95, of Marion

Clarice Annette Lease, 95, of Marion, passed away Wednesday, May 05, 2010 at Heartland of Marion.

She was born July 25, 1914 in Elyria, Ohio to John and Lillian (Rusk) deFluiter. She married Charles William Lease on May 24, 1944 in Worthington, Ohio.

Clarice loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed flowers and animals, especially her kitties.

Clarice is survived by her husband, Charles of Marion; two daughters, Clarice (Dennis) Foertsch of Marion, and Cathleen (Richard) Redd of Edison, Ohio; two grandchildren, Tracy (Ralph Rector) Foertsch, and Jennifer (Dan) Baer; three great grandchildren, Taelor Rogers, Cody Baer, and Caitlin Baer; and one brother, Dale deFluiter of Columbus, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lillian; two brothers, Franklin, and Clark deFluiter; and three sisters, Esther McCauley, Nina Rabucha, and Evelyn Guenter.

A funeral service will be held Friday, May 7, 2010 at 10 AM in the chapel at Marion Cemetery.
