Rose Marie "Reed" Granger, Brook Park, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at East Park Retirement Community, Brook Park, Ohio, surrounded by all her six children.
Reed and her twin sister Pat were born on June 25, 1932 to Leo "Doc" and Clara Cusick. She was a graduate of Marion St. Mary's High School and The Ohio State University School of Radiology.
She is preceded in death by her siblings, Lucille Cusick, Dick Cusick, Jim Cusick, Mary McGinnis, John Cusick, Jane Sampson, and Pat Figerell.
On April 23, 1955, Reed married Richard L. "Dick" Granger, who survives. They were divorced in 2001.
She is also survived by her sister, Katherine (James) Sens, Marion, OH; brothers, Dean (Hazel) Cusick, Marion, OH and Robert "Cork" (Helen) Cusick of Columbus, OH; sons, Mark (Geri) Granger, Worthington, OH, Matt Granger, Seeley Lake, MT, Mike (Laura) Granger, Allendale, NJ, Murray (Suzanne) Granger, Duluth, GA, Marten (Lisa) Granger, Strongsville, OH; daughter, Molly Bramble, Manassas, VA; 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Reed devoted her entire life to nurturing her family and working in the service of others. She had an amazing gift for organization in the face of chaos, especially with a house full of six young children. She will be deeply missed.

Funeral Mass on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 10:30 AM in St. Mary Church, Marion, OH, with Father Michael Nimocks Celebrant. Luncheon at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Marion, OH, to follow after the Mass.
