Shirley A. Frye age 63 of Marion, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at O.S.U. Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born November 12,1946 in Marion, Ohio to the late Thomas W. and Beulah M. (Hindman) Bailey Sr.
On December 31, 1969 she married Ronald J. Frye Sr., he preceded her in death on May 1, 1988.
Shirley was a resident of Marion, Ohio her entire life, she was employed at East Lawn Manor in laundry service for 14 years.
She is survived by a son, Ron J. (Jodi) Frye Jr. of Marion, a daughter, Tracey L. (Brad) Simpkins of Nevada, four grandchildren, Courtney Simpkins, Caleb Frye, Jordon Frye and Cassidy Simpkins, her brother, Gary L. Bailey of Marion, two sisters, Diana K. (Roy) Casto of Marion, Jackie S. (Renny) Whitaker of Marion, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Shirley was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Bailey.
Funeral services will be Saturday, May 8, 2010 1 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Pastor Brett Gleespen officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Heights Memory Gardens. Visitation for Shirley will be held Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 11 to 1 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
