Debbie Sue Axline, 57, of Marion passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning June 12, 2010 at her residence.
She was born April 4, 1953 in Mt. Gilead, Ohio to the late Carol and Ruth Leeper. On December 18, 1999 in Marion she married Steve Axline.
Debbie had worked as a corrections officer for many years. She had been employed with Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville, and had retired from North Central Correctional Institute in Marion.
She is survived by her husband, Steve of Marion; daughter, Christina (Josh) McQuistion of Marion; son, Scott Raby of California; and granddaughter, Faith Clixby of Marion.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Lockwood.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 4 PM at Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
