Kenneth R. Kearns, age 59 of Marengo passed away suddenly Sunday evening, June 13, 2010.
He was born on May 27, 1951 in Kenton and was a graduate of Highland High School in 1969. Kenneth worked as a assembler for both Ranco and Liebert Corp.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting coon and horse riding in his younger years. Kenneth will be remembered for his love of family.
Survived by his mother: Mary Ann (Keller) Kearns of Marengo, son Kelly Kearns (fiancé Mary Criswell) of Cardington, daughter Carrie Kearns of Marengo, grandchildren: Ally, Jacob, Gage, former wife of 24 years: Christine (McKay) Kearns of Marengo, brothers: Johnny of Cardington, Larry (Vicky) of Mansfield, Lloyd (Donna) of Marengo, sisters Carol (Doug) Hollingsworth of Mt. Gilead, Karen (Sterling) Boggs of Marengo, Connie (Rex) Payne of Marengo, Kathie (Chris) Henwood of Fredericktown, numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his daughter: Shelly Kearns in 1976 and his father Alva Kearns in 1982.
Kenny will forever be remembered and loved by his family and friends.
A service for his family and friends will be held at East Liberty Cemetery.
