Linda (Burkhart) Preston age 62 of Ocean Springs, MS went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 20th, 2011 in the Pascagoula Hospital in Mississippi.
She was born August 29th, 1948 in Galion the daughter of the late Kermit and Agnes (Tracht) Burkhart.
Linda was a 1966 graduate of River Valley High School. She had lived in Mississippi for 37 years and retired from Northrop Grumman in 2008.
She is survived by her husband Gary, her daughter Amy Preston and her grandson Patrick Ryan; brothers and sisters: John Burkhart and Louise Barr of Caledonia, Elaine Yirga of Upper Sandusky and Kenneth Burkhart of Galion.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday April 28th, 2011 at 7:00 P. M. in the Sixteen United Methodist Church on Morral – Kirkpatrick Rd. E. Caledonia. Friends may call at the church where the family will receive them from 4:00 until time of service. Interment will take place in Sixteen Cemetery.
