Merle W. Louck age 78 of Marion passed away Monday, April 11, 20011 at Marion General Hospital.
Born in Green Camp, Oh. January 1, 1933 to the late John and Jeanette (Skates) Louck.
Merle retired after 33 years as an engineer with the Marion Power Shovel. He enjoyed Bowling and Golfing in his younger years.
Survivors include one son Merle (Rosa) Louck Jr. of Pheonix, Az., one stepson Kim (Tracy) Kyle of Atlanta, Ga., two daughters Carolyn Lindsey of Eagle, Idaho, Debbie (Roger) Fox of Willow Springs, Mo., five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Merle is preceded in death by his wife Anne(Oberlander) Louck who passed away March 19, 2007, two brothers Louis "Louie", and Kenneth Louck, and one sister Martha Jenner.
The family would like to say special thanks to nephew Gary Jenner.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors with Tom Spangler officiating. Burial will follow in Green Camp Cemetery.
