Walter R. Davie age 65 of Marion passed away Friday May 13, 2011 at Community Health Care Center. Born in Marion to the late Walter and Mary Jane Davie.

Walter served four years in the U.S. Navy. He then worked as a Security Guard before retirement.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St Mary Church Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.. Burial will follow at St Mary's Cemetery with the Marion County United Veterans Council conducting Military Services. Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
