Berton K. Patterson, 47, of Marion

Berton K. Patterson age 47 of Marion, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Marion General Hospital.

He was born March 7, 1964 in Marion, Ohio to the late Burton K. and Cinderella (Childress) Patterson.

Berton was employed for many years at WR Patterson Masonry.

He is survived by his step mother, Janet Patterson of Marion, OH., four children, Jennifer Alexander of Marion, OH., Krista Patterson of Marion, OH., Cindy Patterson of Marion, OH., Nicholas Patterson of Marion, OH., five grandchildren, Charlie, Kayden, Mykilee, Jaylynn and Ava, sister, Shirley (Richard) Lichtenberger of Waldo, OH., brothers, John (Shari) Patterson of Marion, OH., Martin Patterson of Marion, OH., and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Memorial service will be held Thursday, June 30, 2011 11 AM at Dayspring Wesleyan Church 2431 Marion Mt.Gilead Rd. with Rev. David Holdren officiating, the Boyd-Born Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Berton in care of the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
