David Michael Zier, age 32 of Marion, Ohio sadly passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at his home.
He was born January 28, 1979 in Marion, Ohio to Melinda Schuster and Dennis Gorenflo.
David greatly lovrd his two children, Darrin and Sydney Zier. Words cannot describe the incredible love his heart held for them. Those who knew David knew him to be a really great guy with a good heartthe kind of guy that enjoyed the simple things in life. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle or watching his favorite team, the Indians, play.
David is survived by his mother, Melinda Schuster of Marion, his two beautiful children, Darrin and Sydney Zier of Bucyrus, sister, Sarah (Kevin) Pilsner of Delaware, OH; aunts, Brenda (Tom) Lehman and Leatha Johnson; uncles, Mart, George, Brett, Bruce and Danny Johnson, grandmother, Mary Johnson of Martel, OH., and several cousins.
David was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Gornflo and cousin, Torry Johnson.
A graveside service will be held Friday, July 8, 2011 3:30 PM at Grand Prairie Cemetery with Pastor Charlene Baughman officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, July 8, 2011 from 1 – 3 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family in care of the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
