Terry L. Koeppel Sr. age 65 of Marion, Ohio Passed away Monday, July 4, 2011 at his residence.
He was born June 9, 1946 in Celina, Ohio to the late Jacob F. and Dorothy G. (Chaney) Koeppel. On January 7, 1974 he married Joyce I. (Curtis) Koeppel.
Terry was employed at The Marion County Garage as a heavy equipment operator for 33 years, he retired in 2007.
He is survived by daughters, Penny Marvin of Greencamp, OH., Kandy Wilson of Marion, OH., Lori (Dean) Greashaber of Marion, OH., Annette (Jack) Dodson of Galion, OH., Lisa (Mark) Veley of Caledonia, OH., Vicky (Jeff) Young of Harpster, OH., Joyce (Jim) Brewer of Marion, OH., sons, Ernie Koeppel of Marion, OH., Terry (Martina) Koeppel Jr. of Pleasant City, OH., Fred Koeppel of Marion, OH., 26 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Kathy (Frank) Conley of Marion, OH., Mary (Bill) Brammer of Marion, OH., one brother, Jacob F. (Joy) Koeppel Jr. of Tulsa, OK., and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Joyce I. Koeppel, a daughter, Donna Marvin, 3 brothers Charles Koeppel, Pete Koeppel, Ted Koeppel, and one sister, Janet Redmond.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 7, 2011 12:30 PM at Grand Prairie Cemetery with Pastor Nicholas Worden officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 11 – 12 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
