Richard Russell “Rusty” Hoover, age 39 of Richwood, died unexpectedly Friday, October 14, 2011 at the Morrow County Hospital.
He was born July 21, 1972 in Marion to Richard Robert Hoover and Cindy (Southard) Hoover.
He was a certified welder who worked at different factories around the area. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. Rusty was a handyman and loved working on cars.
He is survived by his father, Rick (Marie) Hoover, LaRue; his mother, Cindy Hoover, Marion; his paternal grandmother, Vivian Hoover, Richwood; two sisters, Kylie (Cory) Hall, Richwood; and Kenlea (Nathan) Miller, Richwood; and his girlfriend, Nadean Daniel, Cardington.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the York Cemetery with Dean Henderson officiating.
