Daniel R. Riley, age 58, of Marion, died Saturday, September 24, 2016, at the Marion General Hospital.
On March 2, 1958, Dan was born in Yonkers, New York, the son of the late John Riley and Helen Piersall Riley Beal.
Dan worked construction and was a man of Catholic faith.
Dan is survived by four children: Clayton Riley, Daniel Riley, Nicole Riley and Helen (Justin) Wallin; three grandchildren: Anthony Riley, Kayleigh Riley, and Charlie Wallin; Five siblings: John Riley, Harry Riley, Patrick Riley, Rick Beal, and Eileen Beal; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Including his parents, Dan was preceded in death by his twin brother, Robert Riley; and two siblings: James Riley and Thomas Riley.
Visitation will be held from Noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, September 30, at the Gunder/Hall & Snyder Funeral Home, 347 W. Center St., Marion. Services honoring his life will follow at his graveside in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
