Kaela Renae Gregory, age 30, of Marion, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2016, at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
On July 31, 1986, Kaela was born in Marion, Ohio, the daughter of John (Tonya) Gregory and Dee Dee (Depriest) Gregory. She attended Marion Harding High School.
Kaela had formerly attended the Vineyard Church and the Gathering Place with her family.
A beautiful young woman, Kaela was proud to have won the Miss Teeny Pop award at the Marion Popcorn Festival.
A goof ball, Kaela always had a way of making everyone around her laugh. She will be remembered for her funny and outgoing personality, her smile, and her love for her family…especially her children, nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by her four children: Kristen, Brayden, Mackenzie, and Braxton; her parents: John (Tonya) Gregory and Dee Dee Gregory; her siblings: Andrew Tyler Gregory and Brook Gregory; her grandparents: Bernie Gregory, Jo Gregory, and Jesse and Linda Arthur; two step sisters and a step brother; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Kaela was preceded in death by her grandfathers: Robert Gregory II, and Phil Depriest; great-grandparents: Orville and Catherine Russell; and an uncle, Steven “Gibby” Gregory.
Services honoring her life were observed privately by her family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
