Linda Marie Massey, age 69 of Marion, passed away on Thursday September 1, 2016 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Linda entered this world on December 15, 1947 to the late Leonard and Opal (Gibbs) Valodin in Marion, Ohio. On August 8, 1974, she married the late Bob Massey in Troy, Ohio.
Linda was a kind-hearted person who was full of life with no complaints. She trusted the Lord because she was a Christian at heart. She will truly be missed by family and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Bob Massey, one sister: Ann Brown and one brother: William Valodin.
She is survived by her one sister: Donna Close of Sanford, FL.; one step-daughter: Jennifer Organ of Marion, OH; one sister-in-law: Patsy (Richard) Alspaugh of Marion, OH; one grandchild: Ty Organ, one great grandchild: Emma Organ; nephew: Roger Close; niece: Tina Sellers and many more nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends can come and visit the family on Wednesday September 7, 2016 at 10am to 12pm at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow visitation starting at 12pm on Wednesday September 7, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will follow service at the Grand Prairie Cemetery.
